Fork Smash is developed and published by Preece Studios. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and handled when you use Fork Smash.
Fork Smash does not require users to create a Preece Studios account and does not ask users to provide personal information such as their name, postal address, or phone number.
Some game information, such as progress, high scores, selected forklifts, and unlock progress, may be stored locally on the user's device in order for the game to function and preserve progress.
Fork Smash uses Google AdMob to provide advertising, including banner advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements.
Google and its advertising technologies may collect or process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, diagnostic information, interactions with advertisements, and other device or usage information for purposes including providing, measuring, securing, and improving advertising services.
Where required, Fork Smash uses Google's consent tools to request the user's advertising/privacy choices.
Information processed by Google is subject to Google's own privacy policies and data-handling practices.
Fork Smash may use Google Play services, including Google Play Games functionality such as leaderboards. Google may process information necessary to provide these services in accordance with Google's own privacy policies.
Information processed through third-party services may be used to provide and operate game functionality, display and measure advertisements, provide rewarded advertising, operate Google Play features, maintain security, diagnose technical problems, and improve service reliability.
Preece Studios does not sell users' personal information. Information may be processed by third-party service providers used by Fork Smash, including Google, where necessary to provide advertising, Google Play functionality, analytics or diagnostic functionality provided by those services.
Preece Studios takes reasonable measures to protect information handled directly by the game. Data transmitted to third-party services is handled using the security measures and practices provided by those services.
Game progress stored locally by Fork Smash remains on the user's device until it is removed, for example by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
Fork Smash does not provide a Preece Studios user-account system. For information collected or processed by Google services, retention and deletion are governed by Google's applicable policies and user controls.
Fork Smash does not knowingly request personal information directly from children. Third-party services used by the app may process information as described in their respective privacy policies and subject to applicable settings and requirements.
